Izmir is a beautiful bouclé carpet available in four neutral tones and manufactured from 100% wool! Wool is a very durable carpet material, and Izmir’s relatively flat pile improves it longevity even further as you don’t have to worry about the pile flattening! This luxury low pile carpet is also the cheapest wool carpet we stock!

Wool is a great choice of material for your carpet as its not only a renewable source but also 100% bio-degradable. Tough and stain resistant Izmir will look great for years to come. Izmir also boasts heavy domestic use ratings making it a great choice for almost anywhere in your home!

Wool carpet requires different care to polypropylene carpet. Improper care can lead to fuzzy balls on the surface which is known as pilling. We recommend regular vacuuming WITHOUT a beater bar. You should use either an upright vacuum or turn your beater bar off.  Taking your shoes off to walk on your wool carpet with also reduce the amount of pilling.
