At AST we would like to provide as many people as possible with great value floorcoverings. This means going the extra mile to make our service as accessible as possible. Most of our customers are managed over the phone, but we are more than happy to contact you via Facebook or email if talking over the phone is not possible for you.
Mobile Showroom
Our showroom has an entrance ramp to make it wheelchair accessible, but if getting to us is still an issue for you why not have us come to you? Our friendly estimators have vans loaded up with carpet samples that they’d love to show you. When visiting you home they will not only provide you with extensive knowledge about our numerous carpets, but they will also do the measuring for you!
This service is completely free and there is no obligation to purchase from us. To arrange this service simply contact us via telephone or email, ask to book a measure with samples brought out, and shortly after your visit from our estimators you will be contacted by our sales team with your exact quote!
Uplift and/or disposal
Removing old floorcoverings can be a big job and not possible for some of our customers, therefore this is a service we can provide for you. When booking a fitting with us our staff will always ask if you require assistance removing the old flooring and will include the cost of this in your overall quote. There really are no hidden extras when shopping with us .
