If you’ve never shopped with us before here’s a quick overview of our booking process!
- Call up to book a measure
We measure local domestic properties for free! Phone us on 01952630143 to get booked in.
Our estimator can bring samples straight to you or alternatively you can pop into our showroom to browse at your own pace.
- Pop into our Telford showroom to pick your floor
You’ll find a massive selection of stock! All our stock carpets are found on the wall displays. If you’re looking for something different our order-in carpets are on the stands in the middle.
Vinyl floorcoverings can be found on your right as soon as you step in and our hard flooring is upstairs.
- Ask our staff for a quote
Let one of our staff members know what you’ve picked and they’ll use your sizes we measured earlier to give you a price.
To help us with your quotation, please bring to our attention if you require:
- Old floor coverings lifted
- Disposal of old floor coverings
- Door cutting
- If you have a stair lift
- If you are over 10 miles away
Once you’re happy with the quote we’ll get you a fitting appointment booked.
- Sit back relax and wait for your fitting date!
Our fitting spaces are only reserved once a deposit is paid on the order.
You must pay the full balance before the date of your fitting.
Our fitting slots are booked as open appointments with a choice of either a morning or afternoon slot.
